These Terms of Service govern the wellness coaching and consultation services offered by Miriam Dhanawade, doing business as Union Ayurveda Wellness Counselor in Union, NJ. By scheduling or attending a session, you agree to these terms.
Ayurvedic wellness counseling, holistic health coaching, and any guidance provided is for educational and general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding any medical condition and before starting or stopping any medication or treatment.
Any herbal, dietary, or lifestyle recommendations are educational suggestions rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. They are not a prescription. You are responsible for reviewing any suggested supplements with your physician, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a medical condition.
Consultations are scheduled by appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
Payment for consultations and coaching sessions is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated when you book. Fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered.
Information shared during consultations is kept confidential and used only to support your wellness journey, except where disclosure is required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Union Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and Miriam Dhanawade are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of information or recommendations provided. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
